CP1100 Overfill Protection Device
Part No.: SC1104-H-PD Solenoid Control Panel – Pump Down
When the light is on it indicates the panel has power.
HAND/OFF/AUTO selector switches are set to AUTO.
This pump controller operates the solenoid to control the level of a liquid in a tank. It is used in conjunction with a Ktech model FS701SFJB-3-BH float switch.
- The top contact FS1-A provides a HIGH level warning. A red pilot light provides the visual alarm indication. There is a buzzer with mute switch. The alarm circuit resets automatically.
- The 2nd contact FS1-B starts the solenoid.
- The 3rd contact FS1-C stops the solenoid. A green pilot light provides indication that the solenoid is running.
When the liquid level rises to the 2nd contact, the solenoid will start and the tank will empty. The solenoid will stop when the level reaches the 3rd contact. The green pilot light indicates the solenoid is running.
If the HIGH level alarm sounds, it indicates that either the solenoid has failed or a float switch contact has failed.
HAND/OFF/AUTO selector switch is set to HAND.
In this mode you turn the solenoid on and empty the tank.
HAND/OFF/AUTO selector switch is set to OFF.
In this mode the solenoid will never turn on.
